We hold knowledge and experience across multiple sectors including:
- Public Transport: experience working for a wide variety of public transport clients such as Irish Rail, The National Transport Authority and Transport Infrastructure Ireland. Have delivered a wide range of products from business cases to bespoke assessments of projects on local economies.
- Infrastructure: supported the delivery of a range of capital infrastructure programmes, including work for ports, student accommodation, roads, research buildings and commercial developments. Provided economic impact assessments, cost benefit analysis and business cases to support the development of such projects.
- Housing: undertaken a wide range of projects for the housing sector, developed housing demand tools, written articles and assessed the economic impact of new developments. Worked with the Land Development Agency as an Economics Advisor to support the development of new housing projects.
- Education: worked for a wide range of third level education clients including Trinity College and University College Dublin, delivering business cases, demand assessments and commercial assessments of proposed projects, such as the Trinity Technology Enterprise Campus.
- Health: In addition to working for the NHS, worked for clients such as Children’s Health Ireland and the Health Service Executive (HSE). Developed an assessment of the economic impact of eye disease for Retina International.
- Tourism: provided technical advice to develop business cases and economic impact assessment for a number of high-profile sporting events such as the proposal to bring the America’s Cup to Ireland.
- Agriculture: produced a range of economic impact assessments for the agriculture sector, and in particular the dairy sector. Assessed the impact of Covid19 on dairy production and produced regular assessments for Glanbia which were used to support funding applications from Enterprise Ireland.
